Your Recruiting Mission
Hire engineers, product managers, and data scientists for Naukri's fast-growing product and tech division — closing 8–12 offers per month across experience levels.
- Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and referrals
- Conduct structured HR interviews for cultural and role fit
- Coordinate technical interview panels with hiring managers
- Manage candidate pipeline in Greenhouse ATS
- Drive offer negotiations and ensure high offer-to-join ratios
Requirements
2–5 years technical recruiting, familiarity with tech roles (SWE, PM, data), strong Boolean search skills. MBA in HR is a plus.
