Your Responsibilities
You will handle the full recruitment lifecycle — from job posting and candidate screening to offer rollout and day-one onboarding — closing 10–20 positions per month across tech and non-tech roles.
- Post jobs on Jobkar, Naukri, LinkedIn, and other portals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening interviews
- Coordinate technical interview panels with hiring managers
- Manage offer letters, background verification, and joining documentation
- Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction programmes for new joiners
Requirements
1–3 years HR experience or MBA in HR. Strong communication, multitasking ability, and experience with job portals. Positive attitude and high ownership mentality.
