In 2022, our founders noticed something frustrating: India had the world's largest young workforce, but the tools for job seeking and hiring were outdated, disconnected, and built for a different era.
Naukri showed listings but had no social layer. LinkedIn was built for the global corporate world — not for a fresher in Lucknow or a recruiter in Tier-2 India. WhatsApp groups were chaos. Something had to change.
So we built Jobkar — India's first Social Job App, for small to large size companies. A platform where job seekers can connect, apply, and grow. Where recruiters and consultants can discover talent without friction. Where companies can hire smarter, faster, and more affordably than ever before.
