4. Our Services
Jobkar provides a platform connecting job seekers with employers across India. Our services include:
- Job Search: Browse and apply for job listings from verified employers.
- Profile Creation: Create and manage a professional profile and resume.
- Networking: Connect with professionals, recruiters, and companies.
- Insights: Access career trends, salary data, and industry insights.
- Messaging: Communicate directly with employers and recruiters.
- Premium Features: Enhanced visibility, priority applications, and advanced analytics (paid plans).
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.
5. User Conduct
You agree to use Jobkar only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or profiles.
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or discriminate against other users.
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from our platform without permission.
- Use our services to send spam or unsolicited communications.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other accounts.
- Upload malware, viruses, or any malicious code.
- Impersonate any person, company, or entity.

6. Content & Intellectual Property
All content on Jobkar — including logos, text, graphics, software, and data — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws.
By uploading content to Jobkar (such as your resume, profile photo, or portfolio), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving our services.
- You retain ownership of all content you submit.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you upload.
- We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
7. Payments & Billing
Jobkar offers both free and premium subscription plans. For paid features:
- All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers.
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
- Refunds are provided within 7 days of purchase if no premium features have been used.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
For billing inquiries or refund requests, contact us at billing@jobkar.in within 7 days of the charge.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to other users or our platform.
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination:
- Your access to the platform will be revoked immediately.
- Your public profile will be removed from search results.
- We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
9. Disclaimers
Jobkar is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- That job listings are accurate, complete, or currently available.
- That you will secure employment through our platform.
- Uninterrupted or error-free access to our services.
- The accuracy of salary data, company information, or third-party content.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jobkar and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of Jobkar shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is greater.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Jobkar shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
