Your Engineering Role
Work on design, commissioning, and maintenance of 220kV and 400kV substations — ensuring reliable power transmission for the northern grid across UP, Delhi, and surrounding states.
- Design substation single-line diagrams and protection schemes in AutoCAD Electrical
- Commission protection relays (SEL, ABB, Siemens) and test relay settings
- Configure SCADA systems and IEC 61850-based communication protocols
- Conduct predictive maintenance on power transformers, CTs, PTs, and circuit breakers
- Investigate grid incidents and prepare root cause analysis reports
Requirements
3–7 years power systems. BTech Electrical mandatory. Protection relay configuration and IEC standards knowledge. SCADA experience is a strong advantage.
Salary: ₹7–14 LPA. Best power sector job in UP/NCR.
