The Role
You will develop and maintain Java-based microservices for a major bank's digital transformation — high traffic, complex business logic, and mission-critical reliability requirements every day.
- Build REST and gRPC microservices with Spring Boot 3.x and Java 17
- Design event-driven workflows with Apache Kafka
- Optimise MySQL queries and manage database migrations with Liquibase
- Write unit tests (JUnit 5, Mockito) targeting 85%+ code coverage
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and code review sessions
Requirements
3–7 years Java development, strong Spring Boot and microservices architecture. Solid understanding of messaging systems. Java certification is a plus.
