The Scale
Build and optimise data pipelines enabling real-time churn prediction, network optimisation, and personalised offers for 350M+ Airtel users across India.
- Build large-scale PySpark and Scala jobs on AWS EMR
- Design Hive data lake schemas and partition strategies
- Orchestrate data workflows with Apache Airflow
- Consume real-time events from Kafka for streaming analytics
- Mentor junior data engineers and review pipeline code
Requirements
4–8 years data engineering. Strong Spark (PySpark/Scala), Hadoop ecosystem, cloud data platform experience. Telecom domain is a plus.
