What You Will Own
You will oversee daily warehouse operations, manage 3PL partnerships, drive SLA compliance across last-mile delivery, and lead process improvement to reduce cost-per-shipment.
- Manage operations of a 150,000 sq ft fulfilment centre
- Monitor delivery SLAs across 3PL partners and escalate exceptions
- Analyse KPIs and present weekly MIS to leadership via Power BI
- Drive lean initiatives to reduce returns and improve first-attempt delivery
- Lead a team of 6 assistant managers and 200+ warehouse associates
Requirements
4–8 years supply chain or logistics. E-commerce experience preferred. Strong analytics, WMS tools, MBA in Operations is a plus.
