Your Brand Mandate
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns for Nykaa's fashion and beauty categories — working with world-class agencies and cross-functional product teams.
- Develop 360° campaign briefs and manage agency relationships
- Plan media buys across TV, OOH, and digital channels
- Lead influencer strategy with 200+ micro and macro creators
- Track campaign performance and calculate ROI across channels
- Coordinate with product teams on launch timelines and GTM plans
Requirements
4–8 years brand or integrated marketing. Consumer brand or e-commerce background strongly preferred. MBA from top institute (IIM/XLRI/FMS) preferred.
