Your Sales Role
Counsel prospective students about Unacademy's competitive exam preparation courses (UPSC, GATE, CAT) — converting warm inbound leads into paid subscriptions through needs-based selling.
- Call and counsel 40–60 warm leads per day via phone and WhatsApp
- Understand student goals and recommend the right course package
- Handle objections and follow up persistently to drive conversions
- Update all interactions accurately in Leadsquared CRM
- Achieve monthly revenue targets of ₹5–8 lakh per month
